Warren, stop over here for an N2o fill first, should get you from Maryland to Pomano in about 40-45 minutes, give or take a toll or two...

Warren, your cleared for takeoff...

8 hours?! Oh my god?! Was it their first time installing a wet shot in ANY car? Seriously, it shouldn't have been that hard. Install bottle (drill holes, blow-down tube, lines) put lines under the car and take 'em to the front of the car (self-explanatory) drill hole in intake, connect hoses to fuel and then put it all together. Crap, I have friends that can do a complete install in less then half an hour! Even w/ that remote bottle opener. Oh well, hopefully it didn't cost you an arm and a leg for the install. Good luck w/ that 50 shot, in no time.. you'll want a 75, trust me.

It was the first time they did a 6th gen. They wanted to make sure everthing was done right. they soldered and used heat shink on all of the wires. Great on the the switches. Made sure all the hoses were connected correctly to the fuel and intake system. I would say in would take 2 to 3 hours to do it now. I was very happy with their work and and was glad they took their time to get it done the first time with no problems. I was there all day and they didn

Money wise I don't mind paying the price as long as its a quailty job. since I was the first 6th gen that they did and they are a sponser of my club NYCmaximas it only cost me a finger.lol

I wanted to start at a 50 shot to see how the engine handles and work my way up to a 75 shot.

I have to wait till I go to Fl. to run it at the track as the tracks here are closed till next year. As soon as I have a chance I will make a appointment to do a dyno.

Warren

BTW welcome to the org. Below is a picture of my car.

There are some dyno days coming up soon, not sure if you are going to be there while they are in session.

I haven't used the system yet. The track is closed for the season till the spring. Hopefully when I drive down to florida in two weeks, I will find a place to run it.

Everyone talks about the qtr mile like its all that matters, it does...but it isnt as practical as the 0-60 time of the car...granted if one increases both are going to anyway, but does nitrous boost low end torque by a lot? Or would the FWD setup be too much of a hinderance when the weight shifts to the rear

I won't have these answers until I try it. If I can't run it at the track I will get a dyno done.
