And this is specifically for the 6th Gen? How can you have no details and spring is right around the corner? At $2999, I would find a way to get that money. Hell, I might try to install it myself.

Still, have to see it to believe it.

I imed turbokits today and here is what they said..."msrp at 2995, with plug n play ecu, supercharger, hardware 50-60hp, pre tuned, no tuning required... Will be out this summer." I asked if they had any more info on it or from the makers and he said that is all they got for now....but closer to the release date there will be more info up.

Looking at my 6th Gen Max engine setup. I am absolutely sure a Turbo would be easier to install vice an SC. I concluded this after seeing redmax turbo in his ride, which when the air intake box/tubing are removed and you trunk mount the battery. There is a lot of room for a turbo and all located on the correct side to route the all piping. Just brainstorming...

I still think a SC, will be easier to maintain,(almost maintance free,) than a turbo, and i think most turbo kit are illegal, so i dont want to bother with something that will screw me up when it comes time to smog my car,

look what i found, i bet this could fit our cars...

ssr engineering makes a turbo kit for the 3.5 altima, should be same set up. maybe few modifications to do reguarding piping or exhaust.

As far as the turbo being good with the 5 speed auto, my only concern would be the tranny not holding up after a while. A supercharger i could see ripping it to shreds....so a turbo i would think would have the same outcome after a while.
