Just Installed Cattman Exhaust

Just finished installing the Cattman Full Catback Exhaust....and it is amazing! The install is one of the easiest around...take off and bolt back on... and it sounds amazing....dont have any sound clips as of yet though but they are coming soon.

Ill warn you ahead of time.....I need a car wash.

not to burst any bubbles, but they look off to me. the left side looks too close to the car vs the right looks lower than the left..

Left muffler looks a little uneven. You may want to get someone to look at the rear while you adjust the fitment so you know it's straight. The right side looks perfect. You can't go wrong with the Magnaflow exhaust. Good choice.

Ya I noticed that the left one was messed up when I posted the pic....but it was already dark by then...so that looks like what I am going to do today...along with a much needed car wash.

Only reason its crooked is because our factory hanging points are. Havent u guys seen MANY of the 04s with the missaligned exhaust? Even most of the greddy pics ive seen posted were not perfectly straight including mine. If you find a fix for it let us know.

Looks good. That'll be the setup i'll go with, but hopefully with oval pipes. My car is just about as dirty as yours, except i got a flat to boot.

I had my cattman exhaust installed at a shop and the mechanic said if I wanted to get it straightened He could heat the mounting bracket and bend it to even the pipes.

I got to listen to a greddy today and it sounded really sweet. The cattman is really loud on the inside. I have to get dynamat or something like that for the trunk because between 2000-2500 rpms it can get alittle overwhelming...

Like I said already, the oem hangers are NOT straight. This is why most 04+ maxima exhaust are crooked. The only person who could help you would be an exhaust shop.

Agree, the exhaust shop has the capability to heat it up and bend it straight. They should have known that, I would have smacked them upside the head and told them to fix it.

Well none of the exhaust available are going to be just as quiet as stock. Are you just looking for looks, sound, or power? If its just for looks then replace the oem mufflers with some magnaflows and call it a day. Any other exhaust is gonna have noise unless you install the biggest resonator u can find and even then it still might be to loud for your taste.
