sorry I have been gone for a while..... I know how much people like to hear my opinions.....
anyways..... I talked to my nissan service department allready about the nismo cams and they said they will not void your warrenty as long as you get them installed by a nissan service department...... it's not the part that they are worried about it's the install.... the part is warrentied by nismo and nissan so there is no worry.... work should be covered by the service department.... of course with any install I would ask before doing it unless your warrenty has expired.....

deus have you ever had your car dynoed? after the headers i would really like to see numbers that your car puts out compared to cherns since you have the 6 speed.
And chern now that youve had the headers on for a little time how do they actually measure up in everyday driving, do they feel like they made a real difference?

our auto cars have like a 16-20% loss to the wheels, at 20% Chris will be at 317hp crank..
mines will be at 287hp crank, at 16% I'm at 273hp crank and Chris would be at 302hp..
so unless you are about 250 to the wheels, 300 at the crank will be almost accurate..
I hate rating crank power, do a dyno and get wheel HP..

Now Hotshot has updated their site but they claim to have headers for 05-07 maxima. Weird, they still dont have the info right. It has a pic of the alti ser headers so I assume its the same part and they just changed the part number.

That seems to be their MO. I was the test mule, and all they did was take the 2002-2004 headers and added the EGR bung. When I got the P1273 (Lean Bank 1)/p1284 codes (Rich bank 2), they were not very involved in solving the issue.
Congratulations on an awsome mod, I gained 20+ HP/Tq at the wheels when I installed them. I guess the SES light is just a bonus for now. If you guys do not get the SES light there may be adifference in what is acceptable for your ECUs vs the Altimas. I think all the 2005+ Altimas that installed HS headers have gotten the codes. According to the consult I ma not off that much, our ECUs want to see 14.7:1 AFR.
