Why do you all install a CAI? Why the fujita?

What are the advantages? Can it mess something up?

Engine bay looks nice. I would get rid of the strap on the battery and possibly paint the bracket that holds on the battery for a cleaner look. Also, the negative battery cable if it came down the side twords us would look nicer or strait perpendicular to the battery where it exits. The CAI looks great and of course aggressive.

"Why do you all install a CAI? Why the fujita? What are the advantages? Can it mess something up?"

The CAI gets you more horsepower (at higher RPM's) and a much louder sound. They also look cool. It's rare, but sometimes they trip a code.

Do the red tops have a problem fitting inside the stock battery housing?

Did you leave it out then just to show off the battery? I mean, looks nice, I'm just curious.

Mack, the install is simple and there is no rubbing anywhere. The installation is quick and nothing gets in the way. You will be glad to get rid of all the crap in that corner once you get the Fujita installed. On top of that, the roar... my lord what a beast. The videos that RideTuner has up need to be updated. Perhaps I'll do a run around to show you the growls.

Fujita looks great as always. Loose the battery strap, it's useless and looks bad.

Why compare, buy the fujita and have a one piece cai in either polished or wrinkled black to match your engine bay.
