I just saw these this morning in person....
all I can say is 2 things
I really hope the design we are trying to get made happens!!! Also, and we probably need to check on this, the turns flashed at least twice as fast as the standard set up, maybe faster.. probably means that there are no resistors with those tails....need to make sure that ours would be engineered into the lamps or supplied with them.........just my .02

well, on the last email i got lilian told me that she would send me the first pics of the prototypes as soon as they have some, that tells me that they do want some feedback from the customer, wich is great; right now im still waiting for that day to come.

Well, as long as they get us pics of a concept/prototype...then that will basically be my decision on whether or not to purchase. If it matches up with the ones that were submitted by you guys with the M45 or Q45 i cant remmeber, circle LED's, im sold, regarldess of price.

If half the people on the list come through, it would probably be a record, except for maybe intakes, which are a much smaller investment.
i've been thinking about emailing IPCW and check on the status of this lights, will prolly do that next week, hopefully they have some sort of prototype or something just to show us that they are actually working on this things, i would say that since most of their lights are in the 300 range, i dont see this lights been more thant that. fingers crossed though.

I'm pretty sure IPCW isn't worried about the potential profit they will make from this thread....
Because for every 1 person on that list, there are ATLEAST being very conservative, 1000 other potential customers (maxima owners) out there
But if it's 300, lil more, hopefully less, at most 400, i'm taking it!

Sorry the the delay of my reply. We are gearing up for the upcoming SEMA Show in Las Vegas and were extremely busy preparing displays. I appreciate you giving me the update of current situation. So far we are done with preliminary design drafts, next would be putting the draft into a computerized CAD drawing and actually making a mold for the light. I don't have the drawing to show you at this time but I have seen it. It is very similar to your suggested design but of course due to photometric consideration and DOT standards we needed to make changes and last but not least, we had to add some "Wow!" factor in it. I think you will like it. As soon as we have anything that looks like the final product, I'll definitely let you know. Then what you need to do for me would be to pull in as many orders for me as you can. ;-) Til then.

Truthfully, all they need to do is make them as similar as the M35/M45 tails or even the G35. If there's too much chrome or "rice" related stuff on them taillights you can count me out.

Until we see some design, we can only speculate about this or that, but yes, I also have a weird feeling about the "WOW" factor, I hope they read all our suggestions and realize that what we want is just a Maxima version of the G & M tail lights and not a Wow-Chrome type of tail lights.
If they do the later, then I'm out of the deal also... , so let's hope for the best.

Oh please skip the chrome, too many mullet heads already think our cars are Altima's.
