In dash after market navigation systems

Does anyone have either the Panasonic Strada CN-NVD905U or the Pioneer’s AVIC-Z2 installed on their 04 max? if so can you please post some pic’s and some pro’s and con’s on them????

I have the Pioneer in my F350 it works awesome easy to use reliable looks nice and clean

Guys i'm looking in to this unit but my question is when i mount this will it fit just below the tap deck if you look at the GPS it tilts up so you can see the screen
