You're not retarded, at least not from what I can gather. I couldn't understand some of it either. I saw a checkered flag, and "Deus", I think. Outide of that, it's all greek to me.

 

girl has talent, I like it but don't understand the C on the far right or the open D on the left, cause then it seems like it reads (reverse C) Ceusexc, but other wise I like the font and the flag needs more style, enlarge it and put it across the back
