noise coming from the front when i accelerate

Squeaking rubbing noise

Hey guys noob here. Purchased a 2003 Nissan Maxima SE with 212000 miles on the body and engine swap with an Infiniti I30 that had 90,000 miles on it. The car has been great so far except that I've noticed now when accelerating from a stop there is a squeaking rubbing noise coming from the front left of the car if I let off the accelerator for just a second and then depress the accelerator again it goes away any ideas would be helpful as I have no idea what this could be?
