u might be mistaken.. ok for example 6sp 6th gens share the same tranny as the spec v sentra and another i 4got which one...so we gota share 1 with one of the above like the g35 since they have the 5sp auto. the guy who makes ours also makes it for the volvo i know that but i don t know if its the same tranny which i'm not really concerned i just wana know and maybe others just say our trannys go we might find another one that wil match right up

The 6spd Max and Spec Vs have differnt housings.

The g35s might have the same internals but its differnt part #s when ordering Transgo shift kits.

Already have a buddy of mines working on his 5AT g35 sedan tranny.

Nothing but the original tranny is gonna match up. Check this article out: http://www.sonnax.com/tech-articles/TASC-TIP-06-08.pdf

Aside from the minor details (like the V35 being RWD/AWD) sure, you could use their trans.

There are just a few other things you'd need to make it work.

Our transmission is the RE5F22A/AW55-50SN/AF33 same tranny in Saturn Vue, Nissan Maxima/Altima, Infinity I series, Volvo S40/50/60/70 series, Pontiac something or other. There are alot of different cars with this tranny and more to come I'm sure. There is an AWD version of the transmission AW55-51SN/AF23. Parts are interchangable with all the FWD versions listed above but I am not sure about the AWD parts. Might be worth looking into. As far as the G35 and 350z, they use the RE5R05A which is made by a different company called Jatco. Parts are not interchangable.
