C-mod grills anyone?

Haha alright.
1) Bid for 100 shipped.
2) Get denied and bid for 105 shipped
3) Well you get the idea....Bid until he bites...and then wait about a week and a half for it to arrive from China
4) Run over to Home Depot and ask an associate where the Premium Hinged Gutter Guard is located. (It will come in silver only. You will have to also get paint and black it out yourself)
5) Buy it
6) Now that you're home and settled, flip the Ebay grille over and locate the five (IIRC) tabs that are holding the mesh down. Remove
7) Take the HD grille and remove the two hinges with needle nose plyers.
8) Toss that crap and line up the HD mesh and try to get a mental picture of how to trim the HD mesh. Or if you'd like you can get a sharpie and outline it.
9) Using wire cutters/scissors/whatever cuts, cut it to fit and attach.
10) Insert the tab into one of the many holes and secure tightly, but don't force the tab too much or you may break it..(cheap/weak metal...didn't happen to me, but use discretion)
11) Install finished product!
Advice: May want to wear gloves while handling the HD mesh, I noticed that they left the outsides very sharp...they're like thorns from hell. you'll see what I mean when you pick it up..didn't have my problem when I made one for my maxima....

Hey Choi,
What section of Home Depot would I find the mesh? I don't want to walk around all of Home Depot just to look for the mesh. I just want to walk in, find it, and start on my grille ASAP. Thanks Choiiiiiiiiiii

Did you paint the new mesh or is that the color it comes in. I primered and then painted my C-Mod grill. And rocks on the road keep chipping the paint off. Is there something out there that will prevent that??? I don't want to keep adding layers and layers of paint to this thing. Soon its gonna weigh more than the car.
