Need to change belt, help please

Just changed my oil in my 04 and when I was changing the filter, I noticed that the belt next to the filter needs to be changed also. Is this an easy change, I could not even tell which belt it was, but it looked like there was two belts, the outer one looked the worse of the two. Let me know how to go about changing this if you have experience in doing it. Thanks.

A/C belt...easy to do. Power steering not so much. The one you are reffering to is the A/C belt. G/L and make sure you search for this as there are write ups for this procedure.

If you're going to change 1 may as well change them both at the same time. I recommend Gates belts.
