For those who didn't see this already. Its Official "October Maxima of the month" ...... http://forums.maxima.org/maxima-mont...ima-month.html

Little known fact he was also the fastest NA 6th on the .org. Matter of fact I think he had the fastest 1/4 mile time recorded for any 6th Gen. We were just talking about his times at our meet in Dallas last month.

I think this will happen also, I posted this on NYCMaximas, Kevin, like myself was also from NY:
I know some members have asked about flowers or donations and it's my understanding talking with Corey that the family wants to have some private time which we should respect. With that said and with New York Hosting the next MAXUS (MAXUS10) I recommend we donate anyway and use the money to buy a Trophy that we can call the:
KEVIN007
Need for Speed
Memorial Trophy
MAXUS10
New York City
This trophy should be awarded to any Maxima member attending who achieves the fastest track time during MAXUS10. Thoughts???

And Kevin, we will definitely miss you my friend. What you did for everyone was invaluable & what you will do on the other side will be the same.
My thoughts & prayers are with your families.

Me, and some of the members from nycmaximas went to pay our respects to the family of kevin in the Bronx NY, it was very emotional but the family loved us, they hugged us, took pictures of our cars, by the way we had about 12 cars there,so before we left, the family looked at us and said do you're thing guys, so of course with no problem, we lined up the cars started reving our motors and began peeling out in front of the church there was rubber burning like crazy we went up & down the street few times, we stopped traffic and gave the family crazy display of maximas they loved it, and appreciated us, I know kevin must of been looking down at us and said wow! thanks guys that was great.. RIP KEVIN007..................Gone but not forgotten
