Po174 help

Hey guys,
I've had my MAX since 05, it's and 04, 84,000 miles. It gets regular oil changes and air filters. I'm good to it, but it does have original plugs. Just recently the CEL came on and I got the code P0174 which is supposidly the lean bank 2 code. I sprayed carb cleaner and there seems to be no vac leaks. I also checked and cleaned the maf sensor. I erased the code and for the last 2 weeks it hasn't come back on. But I have noticed during idle at stop signs and lights, there is a little fluxuation in the idle that I can feel in my feet. It usually hits below 500 RPM. The car still runs fine and no evidence of loss of power. So what can that be? I've been fed th oxygen sensor bit, but TB NTB04-027a says the air fuel sensor??? Same as O2 sensor?
Also, should I be looking to change the plugs? I don't mind doing the work. Do I just need to order an intake gasket and OEM plugs? Also, I've read a ton of posts on the seafoam and I'm very tempeted to try it. Thoughts?
Thanks in advance, this forum kicks Donkey!

Knew it

You know I knew that if I asked for help again someone would get on here and give a "do your hoemwork quote." Quite honestly, I've gotten 3 or 4 different answers from different forums and posts. So the Nissanhelp post really doesn;t help much. My situation I thought was a little different. So I guess my next question is this.....are the universal O2 sensors ok to use? Also, is it just an intake gasket needed when you decide to change the plugs. I'm wanting to try seafoam just wasn't sure.

The seafoam procedure won't hurt, unless you do it incorrectly. It will only help. The intake gasket for changing plugs puzzles me a bit, not sure where the two relate. There is a procedure on here somewhere telling you how to replace the spark plugs with pics and all. Great writeup. I will see if I can find it. Also with the 02 sensor issue I would do a search with 02 sensors as your keyword and click 6thgen threads. There has been quite a bit of discussion on this forum about it. I will see if I can find the right one. I personally don't have any experience with this issue so I can only help you find an answer not really give that much advice.

i need to bump this cause my 6.5 just got this code, so far there is no vac leak and i have cleaned out the MAF. The engine seems to idle above 1k rpm at all time even in gear. It seems that the engine is extra hot too (checked all fluids) There isnt any rough idling. Is the oxygen sensor part of this to check? My car only has 47k
