Speedometer and RPM gauge issues

My speedometer and RPM gauges are not working correctly. My car has to warm up in order for them to work right. Not just the engine either. The car has to drive around a bit before they will work. To me it sounds like a speed sensor issue. Has anyone experienced this yet? I don't think replacing the cluster will fix the issue. Does anyone know where the sensors are located? I know where they are on a BMW so I am assuming they are probably in the same spot, but this car amazes me every time I try to do any work on it.

figured it out. I installed the gauge covers and used the double sided sticky it comes with and that $hit came loose just enough to stick the needle at 20mph. I opened it all up and super glued it to the stock gauges. Works great now.
