The headers have precats that only work when the car is cold. If your main cat is in place you'll be able to pass smog.

Why dont you start by doing all your mods and saving this as your last mod , this is the last thing you want , there is no point in tuning your motor on just an exhuast and intake.

depends where you live, in NY there is no smog on obd-II cars, so if there is no SES, you pass. been doing it for 6 yrs now..

yeah, your right, im just antsy right and wanna buy something that i can feel because i got some extra mulah.. extra money comes far and few between when your broke living on your own and going to college... just wait till i graduate, ill be modding faster than a rabbit on crystal meth.

im buying the race line Y pipe right now, front strut tower bar, and spacers, instead.

Thanks for the info, i've saved every last word of this thread and ill be going straight back to it in about 1 year.
