Bluetooth problem

I'm having a prboem with a newly paired cellphone in the 2007 Maxima.
If somebody calls the cell number while it is on bluetooth inside the car, the phone rings twice, then cuts out and stops ringing. If the caller calls back, the call goes right thru normally.

Verizon service told me to go to the dealer. The dealer told me to go to Verizon.

Any ideas will be appreciated.

Thanks.

^^^^ Worthless!

Have you tried going through the menu and delete the pairing and then start over completely. Or maybe your Priority level is set wrong.

All else fails check out this site

Could not find the Samsung Convoy on either the recommended or non-recommended lists. Called Nissan. Told me to hard reboot...pull phone battery for 30 seconds...and then delete everything and start over as you suggest.

So, I'll do that over the weekend. Thanks for the response.

I can't tell if it's nissans fault or Verizon's ethier. I feel you, they are prob both making you feel like a crazy man lol. that's how they made me feel
