Abrupt Downshifting?

Hey everyone,

I just bought a 2005 Maxima SE with 97k miles last week. I noticed since I first started driving it that the transmission sometimes abruptly downshifts and feels like it is slipping.

I just had the transmission fluid changed the other day so I think I can rule that out, do you guys have any idea what the problem could be?

Thanks

Hm. With 97k miles, it seems your valve body has attained its period of expiration.
