Moisture in my HID Headlight.... HELP!

I have a 2004 Maxima SE with factory HID headlights and I am holding moisture in my passenger side one and seems to blow the bulb first and then the ballast, I hubs said some plug was open allowing moisture in he thought, he closed it when he replaced the ballast and bulb. But now their is moisture again???? He is saying I guess we need to buy a new headlight..... NOOOOOOO! not what I want to do, then I must buy two so they match. Yes I am kinda picky. OH and he also replaced the fog light bulbs while doing the work mentioned above and they still don't work. What are we doing wrong?

dude, can you see the moisture or is it just foggy? most times its tiny little cracks from UV damage. You can buy a kit and fix that up in 20 min or less. If it is wet

DO A SEARCH!!!!!!

Hubs is actually going to try to reseal everything. This is our first foreign car, I have always drove Yukon's and Tahoe's. Thanks for your replies, I have found lots of interesting stuff on the forum
