My 2004 nissan maxima has a black plastic cover part underneath the front bumber. It is black plastic and covers underneath the car and is held in front by 4 rivets. i went over a very high speed bumb and this hit the plastic cover. now it is lose, i was wondering how this part is held in place? is it all rivets? i know there are 4 rivets in front attatched to my white front bumper but i dont know if there are more screws or rivets holding this part in place?

Mine is missing completely so I couldn't tell you for sure but I would think just look to see how many open holes you have that match an attachment underneath.

 

It is held in w/ plastic body push pins. You can get them in boxes of a dozen or so, through any auto parts store. There is also an aftermarket aluminum cover, that one of the Maxima forum frequenters makes, for a decent price.
