Front o2 Sensor Location / limp mode in 1st gear after being on highway

Where is the front fuel air ratio (oxygen sensor) located? I have an 05 SE.
I had a mechanic replace the one by the firewall on the passenger side.
Where is the other one?

Dealer said they had a code for that one I replaced. Now I think they just made **** up.

Could it cause low idle and limp mode when I come to a stop after being on the highway? And when it rains? Cause right now I'm at a total loss. No codes.
Soon as I step on the gas when in stop and go traffic after being at high speed, accelerator is off and abs/vcs off/slip light etc come on. NO SES light though. Sometimes it fixes itself other times I have to restart the car.
Idle is seemingly rough.
