Service engine soon light

i have a 2005 maxima. The service engine soon light is always on. The fault codes display an error with the mass air flow sensor. I have changed the A/F sensor numerous times and cleared the fault codes. The service engine soon light comes back on with an A/F sensor fault again. I have cleaned/changed the air filter and made sure the air ducting is connected.Any suggestions?

Have you checked the wiring to the harness/plug? Could be a loose wire. Check the wires for any damage.

Wires seem to be in good shape. I also cleaned the contacts. Thank you for your response

Are you getting an error for the MAF or A/F? What exactly is the code?

P0101. MAF sensor replaced. Then p1273. Mixture relearn procedure done. SES light goes out for a few days. Then fault codes above return

Check for tiny leaks around the A/F sensor and manifold area.

Usually a dirty throttle body will cause this code.

I doubt, and any attempt to clean it is most likely to open up fresh issues.

Throttle body

Would a faulty throttle body cause this problem? I do have a new one I thought about installing
