Where to get hood struts with ball?

Where to get hood struts with ball?
My 04 maxima hood struts are failing and I need to replace both but all I can find is the strut without each ball end. Can anyone help me out how to get them changed? Or are all after market ones like that and ones at nissan would have the ball nuts attached?

13 for two but there without the ball stud but itsa easy one, just pry back that lock clip to remove, than pry back lock clip on new one install them than press down on lock clip
