Paraasitic Load Testing - Battery Keeps Draining

What is the normal parasitic draw on these Maximas? I have my multi-meter on the mA setting and I have it between the negative battery cable and the negative post of the battery. It is reading 1.75 mA , but I'm not sure if that is normal or not. My new fully charged battery will drain to nothing after sitting for 2 days. So just trying to figure out why it drains so quickly. Any help is appreciated.

<50mA.

Post a picture of your meter display while hooked up.

I posted a good video from Eric the Car Guy on another thread. It's a good procedure, but here's another video with a similar, yet simpler and more accurate method:

Keep in mind that if you have a drain that kills your battery within 24hrs or so, the drain will be very apparent with the meter in series method as evidenced by high mA. Then to isolate and identify the exact source, I would use the above method. There are lots of ways to diagnose shorts, these are just two good videos of proven methods to help wrap your head around the process.

Here is the Eric Car Guy video using meter-in-series method:

If lamp switch was left on, there should be a internal light on?
