04 maxima engine trouble

Hey guys, i have an 04 maxima sl and recently it started smoking when it runs. Shortly after that it started blowing the dipstick out of the dipstick tube and spraying oil everywhere. Obviously there was something causing a lot of blow by so i pulled the intake and did a compression test. The results were: front head (left to right) 80psi, 50psi, and 35psi. Rear head(left to right) 185psi, 145psi, and 150psi. My main question is what would cause all 3 cylinders on the front head to lose compression?would it be a bad head or do i just have bad rings? I find it strange that only one bank has bad compression and the other one is fine. Also I'm looking for info on how to get the valve springs off so i can check the seals. Thanks in advance for any help and if more info is needed leery me know. My car only has 128,xxx miles on it.

Ok no matter what the head has to come off.

Sooooo...... Take that head off.... go from there. You can check vacuum on the valves to see if a valve job is needed. Or you can see if pistons rings are failing too at that point in time (ringed wear marks on the cylinder walls).

If you're doing that much work I'd just pull the motor out and swap it.... But good luck!

yeahhh that's what i thought but i figured i would ask mainly to see if there was some sort of common problem. maybe bad valve seals or bad rings are common on that particular head. I agree about swapping the motor being the most likely play. Do you happen to know if jdm engines are plug and play? I see a lot of them advertised on the interwebs. No matter what, thanks forthe reply bro, i appreciate the input.
