C1110 code, ABS issues 2008 Maxima

New to the Forum and need some direction.

I have 2008 Nissan Altima, 125k miles. Many months ago the ABS, TCS off and Slip light had been coming on randomly. When we pulled the codes to said the LR sensor was bad so we replaced the hub and sensor. Then the RR code came up and hub and sensor were replaced. Drove the car for a week without the codes coming on. It is worth noting when the codes come up the vehicle will go into a safe mode where it will go like 20 MPH and when the lights come on I am able to drive like normal.

I was driving the car about a month ago in the rain and kept noticing a slipping sensation on the interstate at 65MPH. When I got off my exit the car would not go above 20MPH and the 3 dash lights came on. I pulled over and turned the car off and back on, lights no longer present. Jumped back on the road, car would not go above 20MPH and when I went to push on the brake to get off the main road, the brake pedal would not move. I pumped again and it chattered but slowed. From there I towed the vehicle. Code showing was C1110.

I am thinking ABS module but talking with some people they say to check connections to make sure water isn’t getting in. Seems that these ABS modules are no longer made.
