Loving this!

We were recently in the market after looking at deals for Pontiac since they are having a fire sale. Originally we were looking at the Pontiac G-8 but after looking around (Infiniti, Lexus, Nissan) for similarly prices cars we fell in love with the Maxima. We worked through the internet sales and I told him what I wanted for my trade it and features we want and how I do not wish to haggle so would like a good offer up front to expedite the sale. Basically I said if you make a good deal a the get go, it is a guaranteed sale. He wrote back giving us 500 over blue book value for our car and gave us a great quote on our Maxima. We asked for the 2010 Maxima SV with Premium / tech/ spoiler with an MSPR of 39740. Edmunds said invoice was approximately 34000 and TMV is 35000 so I was hoping for an offer at or slightly below TMV. His initial offer with us was 33300 which sold me off of the bat! So in the end, no haggling was needed, we got below invoice and above asking price for trade in. We decided to lease it since we always get new cars it seems and it seemed like the best option for us. I am completely in love with this car and it is much better then the Mitsubishi GT SE I came up from. That was a fun car too, but combining fun with luxury just feels right.

I picked up one today a 2009 (New) Maxima 3.5 SV with the premium package. It was $32,000 & I got 0% for 60 months. It's Super Black with Charcoal interior..

PS the invoice was $33,944 (that includes destination) & MSRP was $37,210.

Did I get a "good deal" @ almost 2k under invoice? It is an 09--was a demo 6K miles on it.

I'd be curioius to see what offers the posters recieved regarding financing. I gave up the rebate to take advantage of the 0%. I am wondering how many posters have factored the rebate into the final price of the car & what interest rate they recieved.

It was better for me to take the 0%--when looking at current rates that I qualified for...6.39% is what my credit union is offering so I gave up the rebate to take the 0%...

Like I said I'm curious to see what others were offered

Just pulled the trigger yesterday. I was haggling before the holidays and didn't really get the deal I wanted, and they called me yesterday and said they would back-date everything to include the December incentives and give me the deal I was looking for.

2010 Silver SV Premium w/ Tech and Spoiler
MSRP - $39,350
Paid - $34,497
$36,770 OTD with the 0% financing, and they threw in $100 service credit and 2 free oil changes.

I'm looking at a Crimson Black/Charcoal SV Premium w/o Nav. Sticker is $37,877 and they are offering it for $32,473 plus T+T+T and doc fee. IS this a good price or should I keep shopping?

I just saw an 09 SV go for $24,600on ebay. The kicker - only 4k miles. I am saving for my Maxima right now, otherwise I would defiantly put a bid in.

Hopefully i see another deal like that come along this spring...anyone see a better deal than this?

Cool come to TX

]Wow...38,999...what a JOKE in this economy. It's a NISSAN...for 39k plus tax title you better have the BMW logo or at least Inifinity or Lexus...32-33 for SV with Sport OR Premium with tech should be where these are selling, and it looks like thats the case. Try CT or NJ dealers[/quote]

The price of the vehicle, 2010 SV, Sport package, Monitor package, Crimson Black, came out to be $35,999 (all fees included) and got $6000 on trade-in with 1.9% for 72 months. I feel like I got a decent deal (at least I hope so), especially since this was my first ever car buying experience by myself.

Not sure who Ghosn is or his daughter, but yes, thats what I got it for. I bought in a small country town just outside of Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. It was an Interet deal since I hate dealing with sales people in person. The whole thing with "let me go talk to my manager" bullcrap. My thoughts are if you are certified to sell me a car, then what does your manager have to do with anything? I dont go into Wal-Mart and offer to buy somethig for the sales person to tell me, "let me go talk to my manager"

I bought mine 1-08-10.

2010 maxima SV w/ 10 miles after I test drove
Ocean Grey
Black Leather ( I had to have black leather. Looks the best IMO )
Sport pack
Tech Pack
Splash Guards
Floor/Trunk Mats
Orlando Fl
MSRP $39
I was shown the invoice with my VIN $35,500
Paid $33,500
No haggeling, great experience. I was in parkinglot of another dealership about to sign and they talked me away over the phone. Just to take a sale I guess. I left with a good feeling thinking I got a good deal. I hope I did. My only regret is I wish I had the Glass roof But the 2010 19" look sweet...

Looking for 2010 Maxima Premium and premium tech Lease need help

Hello all,

So i am in the market for a new 2010 Nissan Maxima SV with premium and premium tech package about $39,000 msrp. The cheapest I have been quoted so far is $437.00 a month with $700 down(first payment and dmv). This is a 39 month lease with 12k miles. I just got a call last night and was quoted $425.00 with $650.00 down for a 42month lease with 10k miles a year. My goal here is to be below the $400 mark. I dont mind if I get into a 42 month lease with 10k miles a year. Is this feasible or am I crazy? I am in the NYC area. If someone knows where I can get a deal like this please let me know.

Thanks in advance,
Sam

2010 maxima s

base model s for 26,500 plus fees. i plan to add all the goodies myself anyway. the car came tinted already and i got the dealer to throw in the oem fog lights and switch (over 600 retail) and the compass mirror with home link ($300+?) i told the salesman just give me the parts, ill install myself. thats what he did. i even pushed for a spoiler but he wouldnt budge. im gonna install a whole stereo system w/ nav, backup cam, etc. plus rims eventually. only thing im really missing is the leather but in the hot fla summer, the leather gets sticky anyway. overall i guess we did ok. what do you guys think.
