Totaled my beloved 2009 V6 Camry this past Thursday (Rear-ended by a guy going about 50mph).

Last night I signed paperwork for a 2013 Maxima SV premium with 2,600 miles, for $22,700.

Should be picking her up on Friday, just waiting for Geico to give me the check and the letter showing that my previous lien was paid off.

Pretty excited to join the family.

Just bought 2011 SV Premium, Winter Frost Pearl, 28500 miles, perfect condition, well needs tires soon, 39000MSRP for 19950 here in Tampa area.

These RS-A's must be terrible tires.

You really have to wonder about the previous owner's driving style when you need to replace tires after 3 yrs/30K miles. I have an 09 with 40K on the RS-A's and hardly any wear is noticeable.

Or they swapped better tires for these prior to trade in, there were 6 of them on the lot.

^^ I got Eagle RS-A on my old i30, then my,current 5th gen, and the new 7th gen
..

I think they suck and after 30k...its not that they're worn out but just not good and decently worn...esp. if you drive spirited

Bought my second Maxima last night, a 2014 Gunmetal model S from the Enterprise rental fleet via Fenton Nissan in Del City, Oklahoma for $20,790 including doc fee and a 100,000 mile wrap warranty. There were a LOT of S Maximas for about $20k that had come out of rental fleets.

Are these with all the rebates vs the special 0% incentive? These prices are incredible…I'm in contact with my dealer about swapping my 2009 SV sport non tech for a 2014 loaded tech sport because of the numbers I have been seeing and fact that my 09 has incredibly low miles for a 2009.

Yes I took all the rebates. I used USAA pricing and had 3 dealers competing against each other. We had a 2010 before and loved it so it made sense to buy another.

I'm in same situation as you, had my 09 since September of 2008 and have very low miles so I'm thinking I'll get a great trade number. How much did they give you for the 2010? I want a good trade, rebates and the 0%.

No. You'll get a regular SV around 30. With sport maybe a grand or two more....but with sport and tech it should be like 34-35k otd.

Some good deals on the 7th gen for sure.

I bought my 2014 SV Sport with Tech in December of 2013 for $28K. Total of $31K out the door.

No reason you should not be able to find one under 30K.

Either your dealer is an idiot or you're really good at buying cars. Something doesnt add up, that or maybe the area you live in is way cheaper.

My area you cant buy no sport/tech Maxima anywhere under 30k. Unless maybe you bought a demo?

I'm in a major city. Not a demo, had 5 miles when I test drove it. If you read many of the posts in this thread carefully there are others that got deals comparable to mine.

I went through a lot of dealers. Many of them were terrible about not wanting to haggle. Eventually I found a couple that were. I sent out a lot of emails asking for quotes and went to the dealer that quoted me the best price.

Maybe the market was a little different last winter due to the cold weather keeping buyers away.

Yeah that huge discount doesn't seem to be uncommon right now. I see dealers with 30 maximas on the lot.

When I bought my new (3 miles on odometer) 2012 SV Premium/Tech with all options/accessories available in July 2012...I got nearly $9k off MSRP then. Should be easy to do the same or better now with 2014s for Maximas with most if not all the options/accessories.

I would think most people (myself included) are quoting bottom line price before TTL. Since taxes changes from state to state, it would only make sense to compare price before taxes.

14 SV w/Premium pkg

Just picked up a used 14 SV w/premium pkg, 16800 miles for $25k. Deals are out there if you're patient and look around. A couple dealers in Maryland here been advertising up to $9900 in incentives on new vehicles. Found this clean trade down in GA and had them deliver it to me in VA on New Years Day.

If you're in VA should've went elsewhere. Could've had a brand new 14 SV for just a few grand more.

Why buy used with 16k miles for 25 thousand when you can have brand new for literally 3 grand more, maybe 4 with a premium package.
