i took my car to the dealership because of the front seat rocking a little. However i have the secuirty gold prefered plus warranty and he said they need a whole new seat frame...then he told me its not covered under the warranty? anyone has any expierence with this or is he trying to bs me?

 

You need to read your warranty information to find the answer.
It will detail what's covered under that plan.

 

the thing is i did, but i didnt see it. but i saw the thread where some members got theirs fixed?

 

I believe most of the people here got their seats fixed while the car was still under the manufacturers warranty, even though there is an active TSB for this issue
