weather tech window visors

I got a full set for my 2011 for Christmas and am excited to install them. Seems fairly straightforward. Wondered if anyone has any install tips, reviews from their experiences, etc?
I know not everyone likes them so I'm not looking for negative responses about looks but maybe just some reviews how they hold up over time or some install tips. I made the mistake of buying a cheap set off eBay for one of my other cars, an Integra, and the damn things melted in the summer sun. Hoping no one had this experience with the weather techs.
I did do a search already and didn't find much other than opinions of looks. Thanks all

Make sure to clean the channels well. Aside from that, they really are easy to install.

You shouldn't have any issues with them.

Have had mine on my 2014 SV Sport for over a year. No problems with them at all.
My only tip is that after you install them and are rolling up the window, you might want to have someone slowly operate the window while you pull the window visor towards you a little (while you are standing in front of the closed door). This will help the visor "seat" better since the first time you roll up the window, it will be a tight fit.
I installed mine on a summer day and left the car outside with the windows rolled up all day so I think it helped everything fit smoothly and the rubber molding fit nice around the visor...

2011maximapa, WeatherTech is a great choice! I agree with all the tips above. Also you can check this installation video:

I bought two on the site instead of four... didnt really need all 4. My advice is to not use the glue/label they provide. I used the adhesive on one of them and found it not necessary. Probably would be a pain to remove now.

In terms of window visors... I'm in Canada and I love the weathertechs.
But do they stay on in the winter? Does anyone remove them?
Thanks for your feedback.

Yes, they do stay on in winter. Window deflectors are very useful in winter because they don't let snow in when you crack a window for ventilation.

Finally got them installed. The front ones are extremely tight. Is this supposed to be this way? I mean really tight. Like I can't believe they didn't break going in. And the windows really tighten it up even more when rolled up. Any thoughts?

Weathertech suggests to leave your windows closed for 12 hours to let deflectors sit properly.
Check more directions in this installation video on YouTube:

We sell them for many years, it's definitely the best option on the market.
We are the authorized dealer and sell them at the lowest available price.
You can order them here: http://www.carid.com/weathertech/in-...eflectors.html

Let me know if any additional questions appear!
