Ginding window noise? Heres what I found.

Check out the pics below --

I snipped off the stragglers which is a temporary fix but I need to get a new regulator. I'm based in Canada anyone know where I could pick one up? Dont want to do junk yard it will eventually get to the same point. I imagine the rust causes the lines to snap.

Gonna check the passenger side at some point as well...

I had the same exact issue and sound (xacto on glass). Mine was fixed under warranty with a new regulator, however the original tech screwed up and greased the hell out of every part inside of the door hoping to quiet things down. That was over a year ago and to this day every so often I get grease streaks all over the inside of the glass after the window goes down and back up. PITA.

I put some grease on the inside of it all as well.

My dad did warn me about the droplets, but hey look at the bright side --

It's rust proofing the inside channel at the bottom of the door...

Anyone clean their Throttle Body's I keep getting the dreaded P0101, refuse to buy a new MAF but the engine is super sluggish its like I have to press the gas 10 degree before is gives me what I want. and if I dont get it voer the hump it will just do nothing... Usually on the low end...

I should just buy a MAF but its within spec but I usually get the CEL when I put the engine under load
