Heat Shield Rattle

So, Have any of you guys just removed your Heat Shields and noticed any issues? Mine are rattling and would like to just remove them but don't want to cause any issues.

This might be the freakin' rattle I can't seem to find when going over small bumps and road ridges? Drives me crazy. Can soemone post a picture or describe where these heat shields are located?

They are on the y-pipe under the engine.

If you routinely drive on dry grass fields...I'd not recommend removing these. However if you're a pyromaniac who also hates rattling noises from your exhaust....go for it.
