Won't start after accident

Hey guys, new to this forum but I ran across it while searching google and thought to make an account to see if I could get some help.

I have a 2012 Nissan Maxima S 3.5L and there was a front end collision. Although the collision was minor (cracked bumper and headlight) the airbags deployed and I can no longer communicate with the computer. I looked at the wiring for the computer and all the grounds and could not find any issues. I swapped out the computer and the IPDM but still the same issue. I can run functional tests from the IDPM with my scanner and its working fine but I still can't connect to the computer. Does the Maxima require the computer to be reflashed after an accident? I figured maybe it was a cut off switch but I couldn't find one anywhere or any information online which leads me to believe there isn't one. The starter works fine, I can make it turn manually but I just can not get this computer to communicate at all. Any ideas?

Edit: I forgot to mention that I thought maybe the smart key system was shutting everything down so I got a new module and smart key but still the same.

Could be a safety feature, shutting down the car until the airbag is reset.

I've seen this on other vehicles, for sure...could be as easy as this.
