Are you trying to listen to music through your phone?
nope - found out no audio only phone Bluetooth when I bought it which is the dumbest thing on such a luxurious type car. Just know there r different “options” like memory card and aux and for the life of me I’ve no clue what to do. I know it has the mp3 cd burning/memory software but what’s the other stuff for? Can i use an aux (3 prong colored wires) accessory to view through the nav like a portable dvd?
I recently purchased an 09, and having an android based phone, I was having the same issue. I decided to for a quick temporary fix get a 3.5 male to RCA out patch cord. It is ugly because I don't have track control over the music but it does allow me to hear my music threw the car speakers.
I have found a few bluetooth type items but none of them that will give me steering wheel track control or track display without having to purchase a new radio, which is farther down the road at this time.
