ik their all almost the same engine but how different are the exhaust? Would I be able to buy an exhaust meant for a g37 or 350 and have it fit? Or would it require modifications.

Are you going for sound or just looks? Cause if you're not satisfied with the motordyne I'm not sure anything is gonna make you happy tbh. Also I'll buy that motordyne off you once you find whatever you're looking for since you don't want it anymore lol. Didn't someone on here put the GTR pipes on their 7th gen?

Doesn’t matter what you put on it,not gonna sound like a G or Z. The cars have just enough difference engine wise to make it sound different. I mean if that’s what you were going for

350z and G35 both being RWD with longitudinal engine and drivetrain that follows the length of the car, while the Max has a transverse motor to accommodate the FWD, I'd have to think that there is no way you could use their exhaust on the max without several modifications, or additions. And let's be honest, guys that drive both of those cars have been known to go aftermarket as the stock exhaust does not foster the most performance. Seems like you'd be side-stepping from one mediocre system to another. If it was a personal project, and you got the parts for next to nothing, sure, why not, but if you're planning to spend big money either way, why not just look for an aftermarket shop to do what they do?
