Sorry I was out and work took priority. 0.00V isn't normal and neither is 164°C after running for 17:57. Take the car back to Nissan and request a shop foreman to look at it. The foreman should be the most experienced and certified technician in the shop. Your problem may be what I mentioned earlier. Your vehicle may not be able to control its fuel flow. B1 shows its trying to be rich while B2 shows its trying to be lean. The injectors do not monitor PSI or G/s (gallons per second) and neither do the fuel dampers. B1 may have leaky injectors causing too much flow and leaving the left overs to B2. Dampers could cause it also but it's just a theory though. And like I said before, dampers and injectors, while they do go bad, are rare. Still, Nissan should've took an oscilloscope to the injectors or bench tested them if they have the equipment to do so. P2A00 encompasses multiple systems, not just emissions.

I wish people at my dealer sounded like you... I think they are just guessing, probably they just hire any monkey they found at the street, replacing wrong AR sensor... really?
When I took my car I told them I wanted an experienced technician to look at it, they took about three hours to check it. They said I needed to tune up and cats, for only 5k... but he didn't sounded sure. I had to pay the diagnosis fee again, and I'm pretty sure they will charge again.

Its weird that freeze data shows that, but live data throws different values.

I also found I have an oil leak, I think is the valve cover do you think that has something to do with it? Also, have a question, rocket cover is the same as valve cover?

Probably they meant the rocker cover. It is the same as the valve cover. Different manufacturers use different terms. I doubt the oil leak has anything to do with the engine code. O2S B1 S2 would be he sensor under the car on the section of pipe coming from the rear bank of your engine. If you have no voltage could that be the power supply to the sensor? Maybe a bad connector or wire leading to the sensor?

Its weird because thats what the data shows when the code was throw, but the live data looks responsive.

Sorry to revive an old thread but I'm getting this same code. I haven't tried to repair it yet. Where is that sensor located and how expensive was it?

You can see them in the picture, that code is a code for bank 1. Not hard to do it, sensors are around $100, less if you can get coupons/discounts.
