Cold startup smoke (bad valve seal)

Have anyone have smoking issue at startup ( around 15 seconds ) after the engine turned off after serveral hours ? This is not exhaust condensation because will smoke also in hot weather. Also no coolant level decrease, no smoke smell from coolant reservoir (common head gasket issue).
From browsing @ google, it narrows down to bad valve seal.
I experiment installing Oil Catch Tank and the smoke issue gone. But the catch tank filled with oil at excessive level around 10 ml after driving 1 hours / 10 miles.
Later i will try to add slick 50 high milage oil treatment although mine just only 50k miles to see whether it will solve the issue if i remove the Oil catch tank.

No go on the slick 50. I would recommend BG 44K and loosen up rings instead.
