Want to replace Amber screen with touchscreen

As the subject says, I want to replace the amber screen with a touchscreen. My car is a 2012 - S model without navigation. I have already done a search and found several threads on this, but I could not find many new posts. What I am wanting to know is:
1. If I replace the amber screen with a touchscreen, How do I get the temperature to display on the touchscreen or can I?
2. On my car, the CD player is separate from the amber screen. Will I be able to play a CD?
3. I think the steering wheel controls will work but I will have to purchase an optional wiring harness for that.
4. I am looking at Pioneer, Apline and Kenwood recievers, but is there a certain one that works better with the Maximas?

I can look at all the specs on the receivers, but not quite sure what to be looking for to make sure it will work with the Maxima.

Thanks

I found a touchscreen that should work with my amber screen. The one I found is on the dhgate site..

It looks like it would work but would rather have one from a name brand.

This touchscreen

I would make sure that it's compatible with the climate control, make sure you can adjust your temp, vents etc.

That has been the hardest thing to find for sure. According to the ad it does support the climate control... but no apple play.

Won't hurt to try it, make sure they have a return policy incase things don't work out! I'm curious to know how this works as well.
