Please help. I have a 2011 Maxima sv, and I'm having an intermittent problem with my acceleration where i will push the gas pedal down all the way, and get extremely low throttle/acceleration response until i release the gas pedal and push it down again. I already had the throttle and tps replaced 2 days ago, so we can rule that out. I was able to catch this in action with a scan tool if that helps. No codes. Any type of opinions/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

And this is precisely WHY I think this is where you're problem lies.
No codes is untrue. You have a P2135. TPS is built into the throttle body, so I don't know what you mean by "throttle". There are only two things it could be, the throttle body or the accelerator pedal. I think you need to check your TB plug/harness. I'll bet you your issue will be sensitive to how the plug connects to the TB, if not the TB itself. I had a pigtail that came with some other parts for an engine swap (2nd gen VQ into my 5th gen car), my TB just didn't like it. I ditched the pigtail, hard-wired (soldered) my TB/harness and haven't had a problem since. My P2135 would be totally random. I'd get a dash light, lose all throttle control, coast to park, pull codes, clear codes, and be on my way again. It was so annoying.
Thank you for the response. Yes, my mechanic replaced the throttle body 2 days ago because of this issue, but it persists so I took it back to him.I was thinking it could be the accelerator pedal sensor, but I didn't think to ask him to check the wire harness. I should mention that i had the alternator replaced shortly before I noticed this problem.
OK so my mechanic (who keeps throwing parts at the car), replaced the throttlebody, accelerator pedal sensor, and MAF sensor, as well as checking all the connections , and the problem persists . BUT i may have had had a breakthrough today because i noticed that my car (which is a push button start) was able to start without me pressing down on the brakes (which shouldn't be possible). I didn't notice the brake lights staying on, but is it possible that the brake switch is the culprit? Any insight would help, especially if i can replace the switch myself without spending anymore money!
You don't have these problems without codes. You'll get a much better response when you post them, as suggested above. A lot of us are pretty familiar with the FSM for these cars, and one code could have several work flows for several different components. Your mechanic has the time to **** around and throw parts at it because you are paying him by the hour, the forum members are all here for free. Throw us a bone.
So I replaced the brake switch, and haven't had the problem in 3 days. Hopeful that this was the fix! If so, I wish I had figured that out before paying for a new throttle and pedal sensor.
