Need help with alternator connector - wiring issue

2010 Nissan Maxima
I bought a new harness and I'm trying to match the wires which are Green, Red and Black to my old harness wires which are Brown, Yellow/Black and Light Blue. My old harness practically disenigrated so I wasn't able to see how they connected

If a member doesn't post a picture to assist you, do you have a local junkyard you can visit?

That's great to hear. What brand and where did you buy the two dud alternators?

just match them up with the orientation of the harness. Far left goes with far left, middle with middle, far right with far right.

Could you not match it with another harness on the engine?

yes that’s correct! If you are looking into the connector with the clip on top from left to right will be blue, yellow, brown. When you connect it to the alternator blue will be closest to the radiator while brown will be closer to the motor
