My dashboard display stopped showing information. The backlight is on, so it's getting power, it's just not showing anything. Pressing the buttons to the left of the steering wheel that cycles through the menu doesn't do anything.

Any idea what the problem is? I'm assuming I should just take it to the dealership and have them fix it. The car is a 2014 Maxima.
