Running to Lean and thermostat

Okay this car everything been replaced got it from an old family member but keep having Bank 1 and Bank 2 engine lights coming, had catalytic converter replaced, new o2 sensors, canister valve control, ect sensor, thermastat which kicks on at 208 even though says it's supposed to kick on at 180, while the car was idling in the driveway it got up to 230. I have seen that after market thermastats don't work right. So I'm not sure what's the problem on that. Also radiator and condenser are new. Back to the engine light if I delete it the car will idle back down to original rpm like nothing happened then another 50 miles come back on saying lean Bank 1 and bank 2. Any help??

It would really help if we had the actual codes, but I will give my two cents.

1. Check your fan and make sure it is running and no air in the cooling system. This can make the car run lean, but my money is on ....

2. You have an intake leak. Take a look along the back side of the engine on the passenger side. There is a thick line going to pcv that tends to wear thru and leak

3.) Sometimes harder to diagnose is that there is a bad head gasket.

If you can give us codes and if possible, maf values at 2000 rpm, we can see if we can help narrow down the issue.
