2012 Maxima CVT issues

2012 Nissan Maxima with around 100K Miles

Transmission oil was never replaced. The mechanic during engine leak service took out the transmission, removed the oil then put it back although I warned him not to touch the transmission.
I took the car back and noticed the shifting problems then the car stopped completely, could only reverse. I sent it to him and he said the fluid was low and added Nissan SN2 transmission fluid.
Now the car drives for sometime until the transmission gets "tired" such as a drive of 20 Miiles or driving in heavy traffic. It will start with delayed response like takes time until it starts to move and will be moving slowly until it's up and drives normal, then second stage if will continue to drive in heavy traffice where gear change is frequest it shakes with noise on first gear until it stops responding.
It does drive fine on highway and will only notice the problem when I have to stop and move again on the first gear!
I checked it and found the below error codes
P0746
P1800
P0868
P1700

Do I really need to replace the tranny or there a fix for what I shared here?
