Can anyone recommend a roof rack for a 2016 Platinum that can carry a paddle board? I've seen some inflatable racks that would lay on the roof, but I don't want to scratch the paint or sunroofs.

I'm only speculating but being that the 2016 is a redesigned model your only roof rack option right now (if at all) might be the dealer. Although you could also check carid.com, I bought one for my Murano shortly after I got it.

 

With the full roof glass panels and the way the sunroof opens with a piggyback over the stationary panel, it would take a rack with a lot of clearance. Why not just drop the seat backs and keep it inside? Like the guy asking about trailer hitches, it seems you are asking this question too late in the buying process.
