I looked in the other thread and it did not really seem to answer the question. And I don't like crutch-field I think they have inaccurate information. Does anyone know the dimensions of the eight speakers in the Non Bose Maxima?

 

Not yet, but I'll be tearing into my car during the next few weeks and can post dimensions as I go.


What I took from Tommie70's install/ thread is there is room in the rear deck for anything you want, and almost as much room in the front doors provided you don't mind altering the factory enclosures.

 

JSROOKS, look at my thread "8th Gen non-Bose Stereo Install". I've started posting some of the information you're looking for. I made measurements of the front door speakers and the rear door speakers. I think the rear deck speakers are the same as those in the front door, but will confirm that another day. I didn't take the dash apart, so those measurements will also have to wait for another day.
