Noticed it a while ago. It was first winter for this car.
Anyways near brake fluid tank same for the right side.
i got this rust points. Seems like the rubber insulator is passing through water. The insulator is secured by 4 plastic rivets. It should be glued from side to side from
my point of few. I understand that heat maybe the reason but in any case anyone has water drops marks or anything like that in that section?

Looks like you just went through a very slushy, salty winter. We all get that crap once in a while during the winter. Looks like truck sloshed up salty sludge deluge on you out on the road. Just clean it up the first wash after winter, and use a spray wax. Prior to the spray wax you might want to spritz those rust spots with semi-gloss black spray paint, then wait a while and use spray wax. You might also want to treat that rubber hood/engine gasket with silicone spray to keep it pliable and a little more water resistant during cold weather. Engines run much better when they are shiny and clean. :-)
