A few random questions...

I have a 2018 maxima, but this would pretty much apply to all 8th gen Max's.

First, does anyone here recommend any kind of wheel cleaner for the maxima? I find with the black machined wheels, they stay pretty dirty, even after a wash. I've found it kinda difficult to get in between the spokes with a brush and even a pressure washer seems to leave a bit of dirt on the insides.

2nd, I'm taking my maxima in for its first state inspection tomorrow. I have 12,500 miles on it but have a pretty good feeling they'll try and get me to change the air filter. I know the dealer I take my maxima to charges 50 dollars for an air filter change (50 dollars!). So how hard is it to do myself? I've done it before in other vehicles, but I know the maxima air filter is wedged in their pretty good.

not for nothing, but the filter that was removed was a K and N that just needed a proper cleaning...
