Hi guys, i have the maxima 2020 ,i wanted to update my maps so i downloaded this map update tool from the official site i had the map ver 2017.12 and the tool notified me that there is a new update for my map it was (2017.12 update 2) i downloaded it from the tool to the usb flash then installed the update on the car everything was fine but when i came the other day and turned on the car the screen display kept rebooting on nissanConnect logo so i turned off the car and on again same problem, again then the display started normally but the map was black nothing on it for 1 minute then it appeared properly, i shifted to reverse the backup camera didnot work just a solid blue screen🙂 shifted back to P then R now it just shows me the map the cam still not working i ignored it and ran a few errands after that i had to shift to R the cam started to work again
my quesion what the hell did this map update did to the car!! Im still concerned it might start acting up again, did anyone use this map update tool before? It's legit from nissan.

 

I just noticed the update - 2017.12 rev 4 or something... Downloaded all the updates. Now I'm kind of nervous....
