Resonance at 1500

Had a pretty major accident at the end of November. Surprisingly, insurance repaired instead of totaling, due to inflated car values I guess. Was repaired at selling dealer facility. Got it back late January and car runs well. Only thing off is now I get a resonance type hum at 1500. Did not do that before the wreck. Repair manager says he thinks it's just a thing that happens with age, his daughter's Altima does it too. Don't buy it but don't want to pay $150 diag fee if I can avoid it. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Car was hit on left front, took out left fender, hood, headlights and front fascia, various structural support elements, ac condenser, and other miscellaneous items. No frame damage, car tracks straight and true. Overall a good repair job except for the resonance.

Thanks for any ideas.

Have you contacted insurance and inform them that the repairs are not fully satisfactory? Generally there is a warranty on the repairs.

I like term " resonance" though that could cover lots of ground here. Assume the noise is coming from the damaged area so it could be a plastic undercover that is missing bolts/fasteners. Loose wiring bundle, etc. wheel well cover, etc. My 34000 mile 2019 Platinum makes a front-end rattling beer can noise between 20 and 30 mph with light throttle applications. So simple to describe but not found so far.
