Need Help - Unidentified Beeping Sound

Hey Maxima Forum!

I have a noise coming from my engine and I can't figure out what it is. Before I spend $200 at the dealership to look for the problem I figured it was worth a shot to ask here. There's a video attached.

The beeping noise starts to happen after the car has been running for about 20 minutes. It only happens when I first press on the gas (no matter what gear, including park) once I accelerate past a certain point the beeping sound goes away. If i hold the gas down at the point it starts to beep I can keep the sound steady.

It's a 2017 Maxima Standard Edition, 103K miles, I change the oil every 5K miles, did all of the services. car is very well maintained.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm totally guessing here but, you could have either some type of manifold/hose air leak or perhaps one of your belts or pulleys is making that noise, although that is a very unusual noise.
You should be able to narrow down where that noise is coming from by opening your hood and then removing the plastic engine cover. If you find a general area where the noise is coming from, you might take a spray bottle of water and start misting belts and hose connections. Misting a noisy belt often temporarily removes a belt squealing noise, but that doesn't really sound like a squeal. Misting hose connection points, and a vacuum hose connection points may identify a leaking hose that is causing that very high pitched tone. If you just can't find the general area of the noise, and are not a DIY guy so you could replace a hoser belt, you might as well take it in for a diagnosis. Even if you think you found the source of the noise, most shops will just want to diagnose it themselves. While you're explaining to the service writer what you think the problem is, they'll probably just politely smile and keep writing. If they cannot duplicate the problem, then they'll probably want you to start the engine up with them so they can hear what you were hearing.
